Contractor Promise and Listing Agreement · Version 1.1 — October 26, 2026
By electronically signing this agreement, the contractor’s authorized representative makes the commitments below for the business and agrees to keep them while its Elite Pro listings are active. For a new business, signature is part of a free application; separate approval and listing activation are required. Existing listed providers can sign through the existing-member form. The agreement does not start billing. Listing membership is month to month with no minimum term, and contractors can cancel anytime.
Respond to every lead you receive
I will make a good-faith effort to respond to every consumer inquiry I actually receive, including calls, messages and inquiries referred from Elite Pro. I will acknowledge each inquiry promptly and no later than the end of the next business day, and will let the consumer know if I cannot take the work.
Do not price gouge customers
I will not price gouge or exploit a customer’s urgency, lack of experience or a covered loss to inflate a price. I will explain the proposed scope, price, material assumptions, exclusions and any diagnostic or trip fees before work begins. I will obtain the customer’s approval before charging for changed scope or additional work, except where emergency action is legally permitted and necessary to prevent immediate harm.
Strive for five-star service
I will treat customers respectfully, communicate professionally, arrive when agreed or give notice, perform the agreed scope with care, and make a reasonable effort to resolve service concerns. I understand this is a service commitment, not a guarantee of a particular review or outcome.
Keep required licenses current
I will maintain all state and local licenses, registrations or credentials required for the work I advertise or accept in each market, and will work only within its authorized scope. I will promptly tell Elite Pro if a required credential expires, is restricted, suspended or revoked, or if information I provided changes.
Keep proper insurance in force
I will maintain the insurance required by law and appropriate to the services I offer, including workers’ compensation where required. I will provide current proof when requested and promptly notify Elite Pro of cancellation, lapse, nonrenewal or a material reduction in required coverage.
Maintain at least a 4.5 Google rating
I will maintain a rating of at least 4.5 stars on my Google Business Profile while listed. I will promptly notify Elite Pro if the rating falls below 4.5, the profile is removed or suspended, or the rating cannot be verified. I understand ratings change and Elite Pro may recheck them.
Concerns, review and consequences
Elite Pro reviews consumer reports fairly, considers relevant evidence, and gives the contractor an opportunity to respond before a consumer concern is counted as a strike. Three substantiated consumer strikes result in removal. Elite Pro may suspend a listing sooner when required credentials or insurance are not current or a material eligibility requirement is no longer met. Contractors may provide additional evidence and request review.
Listing relationship and limits
The contractor remains an independent business and contracts directly with each customer. Elite Pro does not set project prices, supervise or perform the work, or guarantee a customer lead, booking, rating, result or workmanship. Nothing in the promise excuses compliance with applicable law, written customer agreements or license limits. The contractor must promptly update Elite Pro if its business, coverage, credentials, Google profile or eligibility changes.
Electronic signature record: Elite Pro records the signatory’s typed name, agreement version and submission time with the application or existing listing. If approved or active, continued listing is conditioned on this signed promise and ongoing eligibility.
This agreement is a business template for Elite Pro’s membership program, not legal advice. Have Tennessee counsel review it before relying on it as a contract.
