You can check whether the business is qualified for the type of work you need.
Our job is to make it easier to understand who you are considering. Elite Pro combines qualification checks, a written service promise and an accountable response to consumer concerns.
Vetted means reviewed against our published requirements. A profile records the status and available evidence for that provider. Read those details before making your hiring decision.

Read the full promiseWe review the licensing or credentials relevant to the business, trade and stated services. Requirements vary with the project and location. Compare the name on the credential with the business you are hiring and confirm that the proposed scope is covered.
Our review includes insurance documentation and the coverage expiration date. Updated proof is requested as coverage expires; listings with a recorded expired insurance date are withheld until updated. Ask the provider for current proof appropriate to your project.
Our rating threshold is 4.5 out of 5 on Google. Where recorded, profiles show the rating, review count and check date. Ratings change, so read recent reviews, consider responses to complaints and ask for references for similar work.
New and renewing members sign the Contractor Promise. Profiles show whether it has been signed. The promise sets expectations for response, pricing, service and maintaining eligibility.
Profiles distinguish recorded verification details and owner-approved status. If a license detail, insurance date or Google rating is not published, the profile says so. Request current supporting documentation directly before hiring.
Consumers use Elite Pro for free and hire providers directly. Standard listings are paid, but payment never waives verification, prevents a strike or buys a higher position. Open categories allow up to five providers per city; designated company-owned categories have one provider. Affiliated businesses are identified and subject to the same standards.
Verification records a review at a point in time. Elite Pro does not supervise the work or guarantee workmanship, pricing, availability or project outcomes. Confirm current qualifications, a written scope and your project’s requirements before hiring.

Contractors commit to responding to every lead received, avoiding price gouging, striving for five-star customer service, maintaining required licenses and proper insurance, and keeping a Google rating of 4.5 or higher.
Use Report a concern to share what happened. We review the facts and give the contractor an opportunity to respond. Three substantiated strikes lead to removal; serious misconduct, failed credentials or lapsed insurance can lead to earlier suspension.
