Category availability matters.
House Call Home Inspection and House Call Pest Control exclusively hold their categories in Nashville, Franklin and Murfreesboro. Rightway Construction Group exclusively holds General Contractors in those three markets. Applications for other categories remain subject to available places and review.
Is applying free?+
Yes. There is no credit card or payment required during review. Applying does not start a subscription or reserve a place.
When does membership begin?+
Billing is arranged separately after approval, and the $99 monthly fee per market begins when the listing is activated. Venmo payment instructions are provided after approval, with manual confirmation and no automatic billing.
Can I cancel anytime?+
Yes. There is no long-term contract, minimum term or early-termination fee. Use the concern form to contact Elite Pro about your membership and identify your business.
What information should I prepare?+
Provide business details, your website, markets served, relevant license information, current insurance evidence and your Google Business Profile. Your Google rating must be at least 4.5 when reviewed. An authorized representative signs the Contractor Promise.
Are leads or rankings guaranteed?+
No. Membership includes your directory profile and direct website referrals, with no per-lead charges or paid ranking boosts. Traffic, leads, jobs and search rankings are not guaranteed.
What happens if a category is full or reserved?+
Open categories allow up to five contractors per market. A full category can remain pending. House Call holds Home Inspections and Pest Control in the three starting markets; Rightway Construction Group holds General Contractors in those markets. Approval requires an available place and a completed review.
What if a consumer raises a concern?+
Elite Pro reviews the evidence and gives your business an opportunity to respond. Three substantiated strikes mean removal; serious breaches or failed eligibility can lead to earlier suspension. You can provide further evidence and request review.
