Information we collect
Contractor applications include business and contact details, selected markets, licensing details, website and Google profile links, notes, and the authorized signatory’s typed name, Contractor Promise version and signing time, whether submitted with an application or through the existing-member signing form. Concern reports include your name, email, business named, market and description.
How we use it
We use application information to assess eligibility and communicate about membership. Our email delivery provider processes email addresses and transactional messages for submission confirmations and owner alerts. We store notification status and message references to handle failures and prevent duplicate sends. Short-lived hashed request identifiers limit form abuse; raw IP addresses are not stored for this purpose. Approved business details and verification information become public profile content. Your application contact details are not automatically published. Concern information is used for investigation, and relevant details may be shared with the contractor for a response.
Website referrals
We measure public page views, selected trades and markets, and clicks to contractor websites. A random, first-party visit identifier groups activity during a browsing session; it expires after 30 minutes of inactivity. We record page paths, referral domains, campaign labels and broad device type, without storing raw IP addresses, full referring URLs or form contents in analytics. Browser Do Not Track requests are respected. Admin activity and recognizable automated traffic are excluded where possible. Contractor website clicks are referrals, not confirmed bookings. The destination website has its own privacy practices.
Storage and access
Records are stored with the website’s hosting and database providers and are available to the authorized site administrator. We do not sell application or complaint contact details. Owner sign-in uses ChatGPT’s authentication service.
Corrections or deletion requests
Use the concern form to request a correction or deletion, identifying the relevant record. Some information may need to be retained to investigate disputes or maintain the integrity of the directory. Contractor portal access is granted to approved account identities. Portal documents, requests and billing records are restricted to authorized users for that business and Elite Pro administration. Uploaded documents are retained for review and accountability; contact us to request removal or replacement.
