Using the directory
Elite Pro helps homeowners discover contractors. Homeowners use the directory for free and choose, hire and pay contractors directly. Elite Pro is not the contractor and does not supervise or guarantee the work.
Membership
Contractor applications are free, with no credit card or payment required. Applying does not start a subscription. After approval, the listing price is $99 per market per month for one trade, beginning when the listing is activated. Applicants must pass review and have an available place before activation. An application is not a reservation. After approval, Elite Pro provides Venmo payment instructions and confirms received payments manually before activation or renewal. This site does not automatically charge payments. There is no long-term contract or minimum term. Contractors can cancel anytime without an early-termination fee.
Listing limits and standards
There are up to five active listings per trade and market. Application availability varies by category. Every new or renewing provider must sign the Contractor Promise and remains subject to our standards and three-strike policy. Contractors must maintain accurate business information and the applicable licensing, insurance and rating standards. Payment does not secure a higher rank or exempt a business from review. No traffic, lead volume or search position is guaranteed.
Complaints and removal
We investigate reported concerns and allow a response before recording a substantiated strike. Three strikes lead to removal. Serious issues or failed credentials may lead to earlier suspension. Contractors may provide additional evidence and request a review.
Changes and cancellation
Contractors can cancel anytime; there is no long-term contract or early-termination fee. To cancel, contact Elite Pro through the concern form and identify your business. Cancellation stops future listing renewals; no new billing period will be committed after cancellation is processed.
